When clinically guided, integrative therapy is incorporated to deepen the healing process and support your individual mental wellness goals.

Gina Feletar

Meet Gina Feletar, PMHNP-BC

With nearly three decades of nursing experience, Gina transitioned to become a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, grounded in a holistic and empathy-driven philosophy. She provides comprehensive care to patients ages 6 and older, ensuring a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all individuals, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. Her approach is built on the belief that every patient deserves to feel truly heard while receiving expert clinical support tailored to their unique personal history and mental health journey.

Gina specializes in high-quality medication management, offering supportive therapy solely to select patients in conjunction with their medication treatment plans rather than as a stand-alone service. She serves all individuals ages 6 and up via telehealth in California or through a mix of in-person and virtual visits in Arizona. By integrating physiological needs with emotional well-being, she helps her clients achieve lasting clarity. Contact the clinic today to explore a healing partnership founded on professional expertise, warmth, and a deep commitment to your wellness.

EMERGENCY & CRISIS RESOURCES

If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, urges to harm yourself or others, or may be in immediate danger, please seek emergency support right away.

• Call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, to connect with a trained counselor 24/7.
• If there is immediate danger, call 911 and request assistance for a mental health crisis (you can ask for a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) officer if available).
• In Arizona, you may also contact the Central Arizona Crisis Line at 602-222-9444 or 1-800-631-1314. They can provide immediate support and may dispatch a mobile crisis team to assess and assist in person if needed.

These services are available 24 hours a day and can help stabilize the situation and connect individuals to urgent mental health care.

Please note: This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services and cannot respond to urgent safety concerns.
